Joaquin Miller Park, Oakland, CA 94602

Pack a lunch and join over 1,000 Jewish friends and family for a day of free music, beer, ice cream and children’s entertainment. Come learn about our Jewish agencies and meet new friends.

Please bring a children’s book to donate to Jewish Family and Children’s Services of the East Bay.

About PicnicFest

In 2004 Josh Sadikman and Alan Moskowitz gathered some friends in an effort to bring together the East Bay young Jewish community for a free, fun day in the park. PicnicFest grew from just over 300, to 450 to over 700 people in 2006.

This year, Dusty Eber and Warren Leiber have stepped into the Chair positions and have gathered a strong committee of over 30 people. This year’s PicnicFest promises great music, a beer garden, children’s activities and over 25 booths of local Jewish organizations.

Don’t miss this annual event to see and meet the East Bay Jewish community!
